last night and tomorrow

Random Elements was a hit! They played four songs, including Sunshine of My Love, Knocking on Heaven's Door, and an instrumental they wrote themselves. Though the weather was chilly, the crowd was large and enthusiastic. Some autographs were signed and we even heard a few say they were better than the Elvis "tribute artist" they opened for. Who knows how many more shows Ben will play or bands he will be in but what a great way to start.

As for tomorrow: Emma's school softball has their first round playoff game at 3:30 at North Dale. Transfiguration's 6th grade team is the opponent. We don't know much about them, but if Emma and the girls pitch, catch and hit like they have been doing all season we like our changes.
