back from emma's hockey game--a loss (6-3) but a fun first game for the girls. she and friends are back out to the camp in Wisconsin for the rest of the overnight with her class. tomorrow night, after a scrimmage she has a birthday sleep over with her friend stephanie.
ben--who is off of school tomorrow, he had finals the past few days--is going with his buddy wyatt to the gopher's opening bball game. team looking solid but some behavioral issues with the new recruits getting all of the media attention so far. doug and terri may take advantage of the opportunity and go out for dinner or something.
saturday, then, is the final gophers home football game and that night is a potluck, beer-bust fundraiser for the hockey girls at a local dive bar called "The Nickle Joint." Hope the weather is as pleasant for you all as it has been for us.
