we're baa-aack!

actually, we've been back since early in the week but have been so busy catching up and going to baseball and softball games, we haven't had time to write much less give a full accounting of our fascinating time in turkey. that will be coming, replete with photos from the new family camera. but first today, we've got emma's final season tournament (getting started late b/c of severe storms last night), ben works, and then (probably) the annual bbq fest over at our neighborhood spot schroeder's.

ps: two baby robins left the next yesterday morning. it appears we have our front door back.
