School's back in full swing for the kids. Emma seems to be enjoying the first few weeks of 7th grade. She likes spending the days with her friends. As for classes, math tops the list. No school sports this fall, but busy with fall softball and rec soccer. Ben's feeling comfortable in the Como High halls now that it's the second week of school and his second year in high school. He had a great C squad game yesterday against Humboldt, starting and playing most of the game on both offense and defense. He dresses for Varsity tonight. Jazz band has been a bit of a challenge, with the 6:30 am start time and the instructor's high expectations--but he feels up for the challenge. Favorite class right now is AP European History.
